Took my little nephew out to teach him about tracking deer and ran across this nice size rock mound in Lower Yoder. I was busy teaching him about staying safe in the woods - so I didn't really spend alot of time checking this structure out. Except for the fact that it is made up of stone.
There are a couple of others in the same area - last seen HERE. And they look exactly like the ones off of Decker Avenue.

The crescent shape and the size dimensions of this pile match some of the piles I found near Horse Hill and Blood Rd in Groton-Dunstable. I posted several articles about them and came to the conclusion they were small "mounds with hollows" where the "hollow" is on the side forming the opening of the crescent. So I guess I agree, it is a burial mound.
