Part 1 - Low to the Ground Wall - Decker Avenue

With 3 feet of snow on the ground as I speak and with 5" to 10" more on the way tomorrow. I'll have to throw some more archive photo's on. This very low to the ground wall is located just off of Decker Avenue - right before you make the turn to go to the transmitter.
Considering there are two other walls like this nearby. I don't see this as field clearing or what possible use it could have in farming.
There are 3 walls all together just off of Decker (about 2500' up)that snake their way down a steep ravine. You can see more on another wall at the same site here.
